KMD was reorganized, restructured and risen in market as a Private Limited Company focused on delivering ICT Solutions. KMD is the largest one-stop IT Products and Services Provider in Myanmar, with well-established Management and Workforce of 650+. တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းဖြေဆိုပြီး တစ်နှစ်အကြာသင်တန်းကျောင်း များတက်နေရင်းအတွေးတစ်ခု ဝင်ရောက် လာပါတယ်။ ခေတ်ရေစီးကြောင်းအရ နည်းပညာဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်လာတာနဲ့အညီ IT ပညာရပ် ဟာနောင်တစ်ချိန် မှာမဖြစ်မနေတတ်ထားသင့်တဲ့အရာဆိုတာ နားလည်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။အဲ့အတွက် IT နဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့အကြောင်း အရာတွေကိုထဲထဲဝင်ဝင်လေ့လာဖို့အတွက်collegeကျောင်းများကိုစတင်စုံစမ်းခဲ့ပါတယ်။ထိုအထဲမှ KMD ဆိုတဲ့ college ကိုရွေးချယ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။KMD ကိုဘာကြောင့်ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တာလဲ။ KMD ကသင်တန်းကျောင်းခွဲ တွေကိုမြို့နယ်တိုင်းနီးနီးဖွင့်လှစ်ထားပါတယ်။ အဲ့လိုသင်တန်းကျောင်းကြီးလည်ပတ်နိုင်တာကသင်တန်းသားများရဲ့ယုံကြည်မှုတွေရရှိလို့ဖြစ်တယ်လို့ဆိုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ထို့အပြင် သိကျွမ်းတဲ့ အကိုတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့လမ်းညွှန်မှုကြောင့်လည်းKMD ကိုရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ HND ကိုဘာကြောင့်ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တာလဲဆိုရင် IT ပညာရပ်ကိုစိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့သူတစ်ယောက် အနေနဲ့ UKနိုင်ငံ အသိ အမှတ်ပြု Bachelor ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုကိုရရှိချင်ပါတယ်။ HND ကpractical ဘက်သွားတယ်ဆိုတော့ လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့ အကြုံ အတွက်လည်းအဆင်ပြေပါတယ်။
၁၀ တန်းပီးတော့သမီးဘာကိုလုပ်လို့လုပ်ရမလဲမသိခဲ့ပါဘူး အဲ့ဒီချိန်မှာသမီးအစ်ကိုက Computer Basic သင် ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ် Advance Excel သင်တန်းတွေတတ်ခိုင်းခဲ့ပါတယ် နောက်ပီး အဝေးသင်တက္ကသိုလ်လဲ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ် အစ်ကိုကတော့ KMD ကျောင်းမှာ Network နဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ ဘာသာ ရပ် ကို တတ်ရောက်နေတာပါ အဲ့ဒီအချိန်မှာပဲ အစ်ကိုက သမီးကို KMD ကျောင်းကို သွားခိုင်းပီး သူလိုတဲ့ စာအုပ် ၊ကျောင်းသားကဒ်စတာတွေ ယူခိုင်းခဲ့ပါတယ် အဲ့ဒီအချိန်မှာ KMDဆိုတာ ဘာလဲဆိုတာကို Facebook ကနေရှာ ခဲ့တယ် အစ်ကို့ကိုလဲ မေးခဲ့ပါတယ် ဒုတိယအကြိမ်အဲ့ကျောင်းကို ပြန်ရောက်ခဲ့တဲ့အချိန်မှာ သင်တန်းအကြောင်း စုံစမ်းခဲ့ပါတယ် ကိုယ်က၁၀တန်းဖြေပီး ဘာလုပ်လို့လုပ်ရမှန်း မသိလို့ ဒီကျောင်း မှာရှိတဲ့ Subject နဲ့ပတ်သက်ပီး ဘာတွေတတ်ရင်အဆင်ပြေမလဲလို့ မေးခဲ့ပါတယ် အဲ့ဒီအချိန် မှာ HND (Computing) ဆိုတဲ့ ဘာသာရပ်ကို တွေ့ခဲ့ပါတယ် အဲ့ဘာသာရပ်ကဘယ်လိုလဲ ဘာလဲဆိုပီး သေချာ စုံစမ်း ကြည့်တော့ ကိုယ် စိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့ ဘာသာ ရပ်တစ်ခုဖစ်နေပါတယ် ပိုပြီး အဆင်ပြေတာက Exam မရှိပဲ Assignments သဘောနဲ့ပဲ တတ်ရောက် ရမှာဆို တော့ပိုပြီး စိတ်ဝင်စားခဲ့တာပါ နောက်တစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ဆိုရင် UK က သတ်မှတ်တဲ့ ဘွဲ့ကိုရရှိမှာဆိုတော့ အရမ်း ကို အဆင်ပြေ ပါတယ်အဲ့တာကြောင့်KMD မှာရှိတဲ့ HNDကို ရွေးချယ် ဖြစ်ခဲ့တာပါ။
ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ KMD College မှာတက်ရောက်နေတဲ့ HND Section-3 ကမောင်အောင်ချစ်မိုးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ KMD College မှာ HND တက်ဖို့ရွေးချယ်ရတဲ့အကြောင်းကတော့ Computer နဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့ Knowledge တွေကိုသင်ကြားမှုနဲ့လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံများလိုချင်လို့ရွေးချယ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တာပါ။နောက်ပြီး KMD College မှာတက်ခြင်းကနည်းပညာနဲ့ပတ်သက်တဲ့နည်းစနစ်ကျွမ်းကျွင်မှုနဲ့အလုပ်အကိုင်အတွက်ပြင်ဆင်ပေးလို့ KMD College ကိုရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
သမီးကတော့ KMD ရဲ့ HND Batch-2 မှာ IT major နဲ့ တက်ရောက်နေတဲ့ ကျောင်းသူဖြစ်ပါတယ် HND ကိုရွေးချယ်တာကတော့ သမီးက စာတွေ့ထက်လက်တွေ့သင်ရတာပိုသဘောကြတာကြောင့်practical base ဖြစ်တဲ့ HND ကိုရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တာပါ GED ဖြေဆိုခဲ့ပီး ကျောင်းရွေးတဲ့အခါ KMD ကိုဘာကြောင့်ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့လဲဆိုရင် ကျောင်းက Review လည်းကောင်းသလို ပညာရေးကိုလဲအရမ်းဦးစားပေးတယ် Management လဲအရမ်း ကောင်း ပါတယ် ဒါ့အပြင် အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် ကျောင်းပျက်ခဲ့ရင် စာတွေနားမလည်မှာ နောက်ကျမှာ စိတ်ပူ စရာ မလိုအောင် Recording တွေလုပ်ပေးထားပါတယ် ဆရာ ဆရာမတွေကလဲ တကယ် အသင်ပြ ကောင်းတယ် ဒါကြောင့်KMD ကိုရွေးချယ်ခဲ့တာပါ
